What is a Land Register excerpt?
A Land Register excerpt provides information about who is the registered owner of the property and what encumbrances are registered.
The main register is divided into cadastral areas (KG). There is a folio for every Land Register unit (i.e. the property to which entries refer), which is unambiguously marked with a folio number (EZ) in a cadastral area.
Every folio is composed of three parts ("Sheets"):
A Sheet – Property Sheet
B Sheet – Title Sheet
C Sheet – Charges Sheet
